🚧 Construction Notice – Sam’s Boulevard Waterline Project 🚧

Beginning the week of June 15, 2026, Kearns Improvement District's contractor, Spade Excavating, will begin installing a new 12-inch water line along Sam’s Boulevard. In addition, crews will be installing a new 8-inch water meter and 8-inch water line at Kearns Jr. High School.

Construction is expected to continue along Sam’s Boulevard for approximately 8 weeks.

⚠️ Traffic Impacts:
During the first phase of construction, Sam’s Boulevard will be closed between 4015 West and 4140 West.

➡️ Detour Route:
Please use 5415 South and 4420 West to access surrounding areas.
