🚧 4865 South Waterline Project – Construction Update 💧

Kearns Improvement District Operations staff have successfully completed installation of all new 8” and 12” water mains as part of the 4865 South Waterline Project! 👏

✅ Pressure testing has been completed
✅ Waterlines have been flushed
🧪 The first round of bacteriological (bac-t) testing will take place Tuesday and Wednesday this week

Once bacteria sample results are confirmed, crews will begin connecting each individual service line to the new 12” water main. Our Crews will make every effort to notify each resident of water shutdowns while we make the connections to your meters.

📅 Our crews remain on schedule and anticipate the project being completed by the first of July.
